within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
Distributors and Wholesale Club Members All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final and no returns will be accepted by HLProducts.co.za or Herbalife International. Wholesale memberships are non-refundable.
